Iwaan Property Management
We are a property management company who specialise in letting and sales of properties around London. We are responsible for the use of customer data once it is handed to us. The date we collect from our customers include: Names, Addresses, date of birth, Photo ID and employment details. All our data is collected from our customers themselves, we do not employ third parties to provide us with customer details. In cases of tenant reference, we work with rent guard insurance to perform financial credit checks on customers. We always ask for customer permission before doing this. Once received this information is not shared with any third parties.
Use of your Personal Data
All data we hold for our customers and client is confidential. We do not share your data except in legal cases for eviction (Solicitors) , referencing and in cases where we are working with the police. In all case we ensure that the parties we are working with also follow the general data protection rules. The date we collect is stored on a safe online database which only our company can access. In case of hard copy documents, these are store within our office in secure storage cabinets. Any data which we are no longer in need of is shredded within the office and disposed off. It should be noted that we keep your date for one year and half after leaving any of our properties. In future all our data storage will be done online in order to prevent accidental loss or misplacement of your data.
